Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP)
| The homeowner residential rehabilitation assistance program ( RRAP ) grants low-income homeowners financial assistance to repair their homes to a minimum level of health and safety. Eligible homeowners must have a household income that is at or below established ceilings based on household size and area.
