to ensure we were well educated and informed about the health care supplies

community. They actually went to the trouble of bringing out a mobile show room
and allowed us to try the products. This was especially important since we have
so many fragile seniors in our care and it was important that we offer them the
highest quality of safety and security. Rarely has a supplier given us such
complete cooperation.
I would like to compliment your installer Ho on his kind and
professional manner. I appreciate the timely completion of the install and his
excellent workmanship.

Dear Rey, Nathan and Ho!
I'm writing to you as my Mom and I have to tell ALL OF YOU what a
PLEASURABLE and FUN experience it was working with you. After doing
research on the internet it was decided that I would initiate contact
with you and you were so quick to return my call,
which I appreciated. Right from my first contact of speaking with you
I was blown away by the fact that you had a portable showroom that
could come directly to our home, so that my Mom (who is 83 and has
arthritis) could actually see the tub she was interested
in and also have the opportunity to sit in it, so that she could see for
herself that it was a comfortable fit and would work for her. Talk
about taking the guess work out of it,as it is such a brilliant service
considering you are dealing with Seniors and you
obviously took into consideration that for some, it may not be an easy
task to get out and about and research on what is available out there.
I still remember the laughs we had during that process. Right
from the start you put Mom at ease by helping her get into the showroom
safely .She then had an opportunity to
actually sit in the tub, as I mentioned it made her
feel great to know that the liberty walk in bath was a good fit for her and that she could
easily get in and out,that it was easy to open and close the door latch,as
that was important to her as she has arthritis in her hands and
there is not much strength in them anymore,
so it was important for her to know that she would have no problems
with opening and closing the tub.Rey and Nathan, you
two just have a way of putting folks at ease and making the whole
process a truly enjoyable experience because of your
down-to-earth personalities and humor - one can tell that it is not fake and that you are sincere people. Why not have some fun, right? The question and answer process during the viewing of the tub really helped Mom feel that she
was making the right decision in getting the tub and that she was in
good hands.
Then it was time for the tub to be installed and that's when Ho
entered the scene and it was very obvious during the
process that he is a very skilled and knowledgeable tradesman. He did a fantastic job with the installation and the tub
looks wonderful like it has always be there. Mom and I really enjoyed his
presence during the time he was installing the tub, he was happy to
answer any questions we had, and NEVER made us feel
like we were interfering with his work with ALWAYS smile and
positive attitude during the whole process. You did well with hiring
someone like Ho to install your tub. I'm sure glad you did! THANKS FOR
EVERYTHING HO!
Sorry I didn't intend to write a novel but I really wanted you to know
that it has been OUR PLEASURE to do business with you right from the
first contact, to the emails that went back and forth (which you were
ALWAYS quick to answer), to the fact that there
was NOTHING that was left unanswered or left hanging and that you
ALWAYS treated us with the utmost respect.It's a wonderful service
you provide and you are also providing improved QUALITY OF LIFE for those who
need the help, and I get the feeling that you derive
real joy from being able to offer that help/service. I know yours is a
relatively young company in the scheme of things, but I can tell you
without question, that you will be around for many years to come and that we
who live in the Lower Mainland are LUCKY to have
